Job Title: 2nd Shift Truck Mechanic

Reports to: Garage Manager

SUMMARY

Established in 1965, SunBelt Xpress is a Specialized Furniture Carrier focused on the home furnishings industry. We are in search of a skilled Truck Mechanic who takes pride in their work. Your responsibilities will include performing General Service and Preventive Maintenance (PM).

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 3 PM - 11 PM

Pay Rate: Based on Experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is available for immediate hire and reports directly to the Garage Manager.
• Safely climb on, under, and around large trucks and equipment.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on team projects.
• Inspect, change oil, replace brakes, and maintain and service the truck fleet.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager
