Now Hiring: Truss Builder - Easley, SC

Location: Easley, South Carolina
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team in Easley, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality products that make a real impact in construction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, nail guns, saws, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.
  • Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow simple measurements and diagrams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Compensation
