Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-HireRequirements for the Utility OperatorTo be successful in this Utility Operator position, candidates should:
- Have previous manufacturing or industrial experience (preferred but not required)
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment that may include heat, dust, and moving machinery
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety
- Wear steel-toe boots
- Be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
Utility Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a Utility Operator, you will help support daily manufacturing operations and keep production running efficiently. Duties may include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products
- Performing basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting team members with daily production needs
- Following all company safety and quality standards
