Position Overview
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This position operates in a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated environment and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
Schedule
This position operates on a second‑shift schedule, typically Sunday through Wednesday from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. This role is subject to operational needs, and start times, end times, or scheduled workdays may vary. Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required as business demands change.
Pay & Classification
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
- Classification: Non‑exempt, hourly position

Key Responsibilities
- Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse
- Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature‑sensitive handling
- Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food‑handling environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required safety and operational training on time
- Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 36°F)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous warehouse or food‑handling experience
