Freight Breakers is adding members to our evening warehouse crew. Tire freight arrives by trailer and your job is to help get that product unloaded, organized, stacked, and ready for the next stage of the operation.

This is active, physical warehouse work. The job involves repeated lifting, moving, stacking, and organizing tires throughout the shift.

The Job in Plain Terms

When a trailer arrives, you'll work with the crew to:

You'll use established procedures and equipment to keep the operation moving while maintaining a safe work environment.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming tire freight
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Operating a manual pallet jack
• Sorting tires by SKU
• Building straight and stable stacks
• Placing cardboard slip sheets between layers when required
• Keeping labels visible and properly positioned
• Maintaining warehouse organization
• Recording inventory and warehouse information accurately
• Following company safety procedures and OSHA requirements

Production-Based Compensation

This isn't a traditional hourly warehouse position. Compensation is based on completed trailer work.

Typical numbers:

3–4 trailers — common shift workload
$40–$115+ — potential payout per trailer
$150–$250+ — typical daily earning potential
$700–$1000 — potential weekly earnings at full productivity

Trailer payouts are determined by the weight of the load. Actual earnings will vary depending on available work, trailer weight, and individual productivity.

There is no fixed limit on the number of trailers an associate can complete when additional work is available.

Training Is Included

You don't need to walk in knowing how to handle tire freight.

We'll train you on:

• Proper unloading techniques
• Tire handling
• Pallet jack use
• Stacking and storage
• Warehouse safety
• Production expectations
• Freight-handling procedures

Following successful completion of the first training week, associates can earn up to approximately $200 per day / $1,000 per week, depending on productivity and available work.

Warehouse experience is welcome, but we will train the right person.
