Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small, close-knit warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and can build strong working relationships while keeping daily operations on track.
Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to warehouse employees
• Help organize and oversee 2nd shift warehouse activities
• Lead by example and maintain a productive work environment
• Operate a forklift safely as needed
• Support the team in completing daily workload and priorities
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and professional communication
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to support the team
• Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively with a small, close-knit team
• Comfortable working the full 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight schedule
