The 2nd Shift Welder is responsible for performing MIG welding on metal components used in fabrication and repair projects. This 2nd Shift Welder role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Required Experience & Skills
Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read and follow specifications and work instructions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
Fabricate and repair products according to specifications
Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards
Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed
Work Environment
Manufacturing and fabrication environment
Exposure to welding equipment, heat, sparks, and metal materials
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
PPE required at all times
