1st Shift - Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

A Day In the Life:
Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments, assisting with equipment changeovers.
Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; reporting production and quality data; reporting decisions made; referring questions to the supervisor.
Ensure operation of equipment by following preventive maintenance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and repairs in a timely manner.
Ability to read rolling orders, blueprints, and mill schedules to determine set-up specifications, work sequences, product dimensions, and installation procedures.
The ability to ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards is critical.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of three die press rolling experience required or 2 years experience with similar machines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
- Ability to safely use angle grinder
- Responsiveness and adaptability to changes in the work environment.
- Solid math skills and knowledge of sophisticated measuring and testing equipment.
- 3 die press roller operators must understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems as they relate to fixtures and machines.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education preferred.
- Requires lifting up to 50lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reading and walking.
- Ability to properly read a tape measure.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Overtime required.
