What You’ll Do


As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your restaurant, including:

• Leading daily operations and driving performance
• Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time
• Managing inventory, food & labor costs, and profitability
• Recruiting and developing future leaders
• Maintaining top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and standards

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• High energy, accountability, and a hands-on mindset
• 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Food Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
