The Litigation KM Lawyer will work with the KM Litigation Lead Lawyer and other KM lawyers in a collaborative effort. The Litigation KM Lawyer will be a resource to enable the Litigation GPG to operate more efficiently, which will produce both time and cost savings and provide additional value-add for clients.The Litigation KM Lawyer will coordinate the implementation of firm-wide KM efforts to create best practices, to achieve consensus on standards of operational efficiency, and to develop measures of success for the Litigation KM program while promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and practice innovation.
