35F10 (All Source Analyst) Instructor
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ 85613
Responsibilities:
The 35F10 Instructor trains and instructs US Army Soldiers undergoing training and development at the US Army's Intelligence Center of Excellence's 35F10 (All Source Analyst) Course. This position develops tests and visual aids, coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. The 35F10 Instructor keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. The role assists with and develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs as well as contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards for students and instructors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Secret or Interim Secret clearance.
Experience in Military Map Reading, Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (IPOE), Military Symbology, the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), briefings, analytical writing, Targeting, and experience operating current automated Intelligence Information Processing Systems.
Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to 35F intelligence operations
Four (4) years+ of operational experience as a 35F, 350F, 35D or equivalent specialty in another branch of service
Completed one of the following courses: ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIBOLC, or the MICCC.
