Position Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, in-office role that serves as a critical link between our sales team, customers, and day-to-day business operations. You will report directly to ownership and play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with both outside and inside sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Oversee shipping and receiving of all orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations
• Monitor and track order fulfillment from placement through delivery
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and vendors
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Report directly to ownership with regular updates on operational performance
• Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or office management role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills — ability to work closely with sales teams and customers
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred
• Familiarity with industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Details

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Location: 8531 S. Freeway Dr., Macedonia, OH 44056
• Schedule: Full-time | On-site, Monday–Friday (This is an in-office position — remote work is not available)
