Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience OR
• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience
• Clear and valid Texas driver's license with CDL or ability to obtain CDL with P and S endorsements within six (6) months upon hire
• Texas Association for Pupil Transportation Certification, preferred
• Texas School Bus Driver Safety Training Certificate, preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of School Bus Transportation Operations with a Bachelor's degree OR

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of School Bus Transportation Operations with a High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in transportation operations, general management, and experience hiring practices in a public school setting
