Key Responsibilities
Provide application and production support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across 3DX modules.
Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to identify recurring issues.
Work with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
Support application patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
Perform RCA and implement preventive actions for recurring issues.
Maintain incident, troubleshooting, and resolution documentation.
Ensure application support activities follow required security and compliance standards.
