3DX Developer

A 3DX Developer designs, develops, customizes, and supports solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform. The role focuses on PLM system development, ENOVIA customization, integrations, automation, data management, and engineering business processes to support product development and digital transformation.

• Strong experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform customization, administration, upgrade, and migration projects.
• Hands-on experience in MQL, TCL, Java, JPO Development, APIs, Business Objects, Relationships, Triggers, and Programs.
• Experience in schema migration, data validation, deployment, release management, and environment support across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Ability to perform upgrade impact analysis, customization validation, integration validation, regression testing, and post-deployment stabilization activities.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in L2/L3 application support, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance issue resolution.
• Good understanding of PLM processes, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, and data governance.
• Experience in system integrations, Git/SVN, deployment processes, technical documentation, upgrade reports, and deployment procedures.
• Experience working with recent 3DEXPERIENCE releases, upgrade methodologies, and migration best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be a plus
• Develop and customize applications and solutions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Configure and customize ENOVIA/PLM modules based on business requirements.
• Develop custom applications, scripts, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Customize PLM processes related to BOM, Change Management, Product Lifecycle, and Engineering Data Management.
• Develop integrations between 3DX and external enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
• Work with technologies such as Java, JavaScript, EKL, and MQL, depending on project requirements.
• Analyze business and engineering requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, configuration changes, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and system performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development standards.
• Collaborate with PLM architects, business analysts, engineering teams, and end users.
• Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives for PLM and engineering systems.
