Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics) Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience, with hands-on experience working with large datasets (including text); practical experience with deploying LLMs highly preferred Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA), paired with the ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models Strong knowledge in programming languages of Python, SQL or R Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present data analytics results to internal and external stakeholders Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems, with a track record of developing novel AI approaches to boost model performance Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including the integration of data governance, ethical AI considerations, and security protocols throughout the model-development lifecycles Experience with GitHub and repositories Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop/Implement/Test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization, including supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models and its governance Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance, ethical considerations, and security into every stage of model development and deployment Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage.

Salary: $70,000 - $135,000
