Pay & Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM-11:00 PM | $16.25/hour
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM | $16.75/hour

We're hiring Production Associates to manufacture heavy-duty industrial spill containment products used by businesses across North America. This is a hands-on production role that combines assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Assemble heavy-duty industrial tarp products
- Operate RF heat-sealing equipment to bond materials together
- Feed, position, and reposition large materials throughout the production process
- Use hand tools including mallets, clamps, and staple guns
- Fold, secure, and reinforce finished products
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
- Work safely around heated equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of recent manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment
- Able to lift, pull, and reposition large materials throughout the shift
- Able to stand, bend, and move continuously during the workday
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
