3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher

Position Summary

We are seeking a joyful, nurturing, and creative educator to join our Catholic school community as a 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher. This position would be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday all day. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping little learners discover the world around them through play, exploration, faith, and hands-on experiences. You will help shape the first school experience for our youngest students-planting the seeds for a lifelong love of learning and a foundation of faith.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, social skills, and early academic foundations.
• Integrate simple faith experiences into the daily routine (prayer, gratitude, kindness, Bible stories).
• Build strong partnerships with families through communication and collaboration.
• Guide children as they learn to share, take turns, follow routines, and build friendships.
• Observe and document each child's growth and celebrate their milestones.
