Job Title: Part Time 3K Teacher

Job Description: The Part-Time 3K Teacher supports a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that encourages a love for learning and exploration. Working with the Lead Teacher, this position assists in delivering developmentally appropriate, play-based activities including art, stories, music, movement, and structured play.

Responsibilities include active supervision of children, assisting with daily routines such as transitions and lunch, and supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. The position follows Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. The 3K Teacher maintains positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and may assist with 4K programming as needed.

Qualifications: Instructor must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework, Registry Level 7 or higher, or experience working with children ages 3-5 in a preschool or childcare setting. Applicants should demonstrate the ability to support a play-based learning environment, effectively supervise young children, and work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.

Requirements: Applicants must have or be willing to obtain Wisconsin Registry membership and CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Must demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to positively interact with children, families, and staff. Primarily active work including supervising children, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed, and frequent bending, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
