3PL Client Services Representative
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working 3PL Client Services Representative for a fast-paced, growing facility in Pasadena, TX. This company specializes in transportation, distribution, and logistics services, supporting a wide range of customers with efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.

Pay Rate
$19.00 to $20.00 per hour (Depends on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

(Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)
3PL Client Services Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading
• Communicate daily with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status
• Must have recent, hands-on SAP experience in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or 3PL environment
3PL Client Services Representative Qualifications and Requirements
• 4 plus years of extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
