Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to help grow both our 3PL freight brokerage and fulfillment services. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven salesperson who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Follow up on warm leads and existing opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for both freight brokerage and fulfillment solutions.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience is required (logistics, transportation, or 3PL experience is highly preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting daily.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.

Compensation

• Small base salary
• Aggressive uncapped commission structure
• Significant earning potential based on performance
