Transportation Coordinator
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience
Up to $25.00/hour for candidates with Alvys or comparable TMS experience
About the Role
We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company providing warehousing, distribution, and transportation services to customers across multiple industries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support our transportation team. This is a data-focused role responsible for ensuring loads are entered accurately and kept up to date in our Alvys Transportation Management System (TMS) from booking through billing.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Enter and verify loads in Alvys from rate confirmations, customer tenders, EDI, and load boards
  
• 
  Verify pickup/delivery information, reference numbers, rates, equipment, weight, and accessorials
  
• 
  Audit load information and correct discrepancies
  
• 
  Upload and organize transportation documents including BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and receipts
  
• 
  Update load statuses and milestones
  
• 
  Maintain accurate customer, carrier, driver, and location records
  
• 
  Follow up on missing paperwork and documentation
  
• 
  Support billing and weekly driver pay by ensuring loads are complete and accurate
  
• 
  Maintain driver/carrier compliance documentation
  
• 
  Run routine TMS reports and assist with data tracking
  
• 
  Answer and route transportation-related calls and emails
  
• 
  Provide general administrative support as needed
  

Qualifications
Required:

• 
  1+ year of administrative, data entry, or office experience
  
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Strong typing and computer skills
  
• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Outlook/Gmail
  
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• 
  Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of work
  
• 
  Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in North Las Vegas
  

Preferred:

• 
  Experience with Alvys or another TMS such as McLeod, TMW, Revenova, or Turvo
  
• 
  Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or warehouse office experience
  
• 
  Familiarity with BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and freight terminology
  
• 
  Billing, accounts receivable, or driver payroll experience
  
• 
  Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus
