About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians for a food production company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure product quality and safety while supporting a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:- Monitor and inspect product packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform teardowns, product checks, and package integrity inspections
- Conduct pH testing on pre- and post-processed products
- Communicate lab results with operators and supervisors
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues
- Perform CIP testing (ATP, allergen, micro, and visual inspections)
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Assurance Technician Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of aseptic systems, processes, and food safety practices
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
