Teacher Job Summary: The Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality, standards-based instruction to students, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting student academic and social-emotional growth. The Teacher designs engaging lessons, assesses student progress, and collaborates with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure student success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with state standards and school curriculum.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to support diverse learning styles and needs.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor and assess student performance through formal and informal assessments.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
