Description: The Webster School District is seeking a full-time 3rd Grade Teacher beginning with the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about fostering both academic achievement and character development, while creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with students, families, and colleagues through clear expectations, consistent communication, and a student-centered approach. Experience and knowledge in evidence-based instructional practices are preferred, including the Science of Reading, CKLA Amplify, effective math instructional practices, Sonday Phonics, and Responsive Classroom. Qualified candidates will have completed an approved Act 20 foundational reading training (such as Top Ten Tools, LETRS, or a comparable program) and possess, or be eligible for, Elementary Educator licensure.
