This role is based in our dynamic Stafford Springs, CT facility, where we focus on innovative solutions and flawless operations in maintenance.

A day in the Life:
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
• Provide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanics
• Participate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques

Collaboration, critical thinking, and a dedication to safety are essential. Successfully implement solutions and contribute dynamically to our engineering teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education
• High school diploma or GED Required

Experience
• 3+ years in a mechanical role

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Able to lift 50 lbs, perform walking, bending, and climbing, and work in various temperatures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16–$42.25.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
