Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Top Coat Aerospace Painter  to join their team. As a Top Coat Aerospace Painter, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Top Coat Aerospace Painter 

Location: Lynwood, CA

Schedule: M-F (saturdays as needed - 10:30pm- 6am + OT)

Pay Range: $21+ (DOE)

What's the Job?

  • Mix and measure paint per specifications, ensuring accuracy before application.
  • Clean parts according to specifications and paint them according to required thickness.
  • Conduct post-paint inspections to ensure parts meet appearance and coverage standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe paint booth environment, including changing filters and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required under OSHA guidelines and maintain all paint equipment.

What's Needed?

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in aircraft painting OR automotive painting.
  • Ability to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
  • Ability to adapt to complex or non-routine situations with advanced skills.
