What Youll Do:
- Assemble tubing harnesses by following detailed work instructions
- Select and install proper tubing, fittings, and components
- Tighten fittings to specifications to meet quality and safety standards
- Work at a dedicated workstation in a structured environment
- Maintain a steady pace while performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or similar hands-on roles
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment
- Reliable attendance and a desire for long-term employment (not a short-term role)
- Consistent 3rd shift schedule with steady hours
