The 3rd Shift CNC Lathe Operator is a full-time role based in Three Rivers, Michigan, responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision components.
Key duties include interpreting engineering drawings, selecting tooling, monitoring machine performance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards. The role requires strong experience with CNC lathe operations, programming, and safety protocols, along with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
