Location: Lowell
Starting Pay: $17.89/hour
Shift: 3rd
Shift Pay: $3/hour shift premium
The Custodian position provides housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
What you will do
- Perform all duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in and around the facility to ensure a positive image for Employee Owners and guests.
- Clean and maintain grounds and parking lots, including tasks such as snow or sand removal.
- Clean facility, including employee restrooms.
- Ensure cleaning and other supplies are stocked and organized.
What you bring
- High School Diploma /GED
- One to three months related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.
