3rd Shift Forklift Operator

Position: 3rd Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; Overtime as needed on Saturdays 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a dedicated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in Indianapolis. If you have experience with forklift operation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize safety, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment
• Load and unload shipments efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organize materials on pallets, crates, or shelves
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow storage procedures
• Complete shipping paperwork and production records with precision
• Perform routine safety checks and equipment maintenance
• Support daily warehouse and production tasks
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years forklift operation experience
• OSHA forklift certification or demonstrated prior experience
• RF Scanner experience preferred
• Attention to detail and basic computer skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
