Required Skills:

• Valid forklift operator certification or license
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Good communication skills and team collaboration

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Previous experience handling cycle counts or inventory management
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience in a busy warehouse environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work the 3rd shift (overnight hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
