We believe in recognizing hard work, investing in employee development, and creating opportunities for long-term career growth.What You'll DoAs a 3rd Shift Fulfillment Operator, you'll play an important role in the final stages of our production process by ensuring every customer package is assembled accurately and meets our high-quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Assemble credit card mailers according to production specificationsBuild packaging boxes and prepare materials for productionInsert cards and required materials into mailersPrint and apply shipping and product labelsPerform quality inspections to verify accuracy and completenessIdentify and report any printing or packaging discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and secure work areaFollow all company safety, security, and quality proceduresWork with your team to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional accuracyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDReliable attendance and a strong work ethicExcellent attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shiftAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededBasic computer skills are a plus, but not requiredNo previous fulfillment or manufacturing experience is necessary.
