3rd Shift General Labor

We are currently looking for dependable and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift General Laborers in Columbiana, Ohio. If you’re ready to work hard and grow with a dynamic company, this opportunity may be perfect for you.

Join a leading manufacturer of HDPE injection-molded plastics that has built a reputation for quality and innovation. As part of this team, you will support the manufacturing process by performing general labor tasks, helping ensure smooth and efficient production.

Hours:
3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Monday through Friday (may include weekends)

Pay:
$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the manufacturing of plastic products
  • Install components into molded items
  • Stack and organize finished products
  • Label and inspect products for quality control
  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Open and flexible availability (24/7 production schedule)
  • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or plastics (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory)
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on-site in Columbiana, Ohio
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and standing for long periods
