General Laborer – 3rd Shift

Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Shift: 3rd Shift
Days: Monday–Friday (Flexibility to work weekends and overtime is required)

Job Summary

We are hiring a General Laborer to support bakery production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will assist with production, operate equipment after training, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of bakery products.

• Operate and monitor production equipment after training.

• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

• Assist with various production tasks as needed.

• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or bakery experience is a plus.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

• No certifications required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.

• Comfortable working in an active production environment with varying temperatures.

• Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment.

Work Environment

This is an active bakery production environment. Employees are expected to follow all safety and quality procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
