Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Openwork is hiring dependable Production Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Denton. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want a stable opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Produce wood products in a high-production manufacturing environment.
- Set up and operate woodworking equipment and machinery.
- Cut, shape, smooth, and assemble wooden materials.
- Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.
- Follow specification sheets and production instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Apply paint and complete finishing processes as needed.
- Stack finished materials onto pallets or conveyors safely.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
