Hire Up Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Woodland, CA. This role focuses on pallet repair and building, working with recycled materials to restore and construct pallets for distribution.
Shift- Monday-Friday 10pm-630am will be required to work one weekend
Pay $19/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, sort, and organize wooden pallets by grade and condition
Repair damaged pallets using tools and equipment as needed
Build pallets from recycled wood and raw materials
Remove and separate unusable materials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull wooden pallets throughout the shift
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work quickly with attention to detail
Commitment to producing quality work in a production environment
Ability to follow verbal, written, and visual instructions
Comfortable working with a variety of tasks in a structured setting
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing needs
Additional Information
Steel-toe boots required (all other PPE provided)
Nail gun experience is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable and willing to work overtime as needed
