3rd Shift Production Associate (Entry-Level)

Full-Time | Monday through Friday | 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay: $11.00 per hour

Advance Services, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Production Associates in Peru, IN for 3rd shift. This is a full-time, overnight production position with steady weekday hours. No experience is required. Training is provided.

Job Duties
General production work in a manufacturing environment
Sorting parts and materials
Inspecting parts for quality and defects
Measuring parts using basic tools
Packaging finished products for shipment
Keeping work area clean and organized
Arriving at least 10 minutes before shift start

Requirements
Entry-level position, no prior experience required
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and twist throughout shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Comfortable with repetitive production work
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
