The 3rd Shift Grit Blast Operator is responsible for masking parts and operating high-pressure equipment to prepare aerospace components for electro-plating, including surface blasting and cleaning tasks.
They will operate abrasive blasting guns, load grit materials, and assist in moving heavy parts using lifts and tools.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of related experience, and ability to read blueprints and inspection tools.
The role requires good physical condition to lift heavy loads and adherence to safety protocols.
