The Hotel Night Audit Clerk is the point of contact in the hotel for guest interactions, plus is responsible to reconcile daily financial hotel transactions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail is necessary.
Must be able to operate office equipment and programs.
Perform under pressure in an interruptive environment.
High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.
May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Reconcile daily financial transactions, balance room charges, verify and process reports.
Process all incoming and outgoing reservations.
Maintain accurate records of room occupancy.
Issue player's cards, comps and tickets to events.
Other duties as assigned.
