3rd Shift Hotel Front Desk Clerk-Full-Time(Bettendorf)

The Hotel Night Audit Clerk is the point of contact in the hotel for guest interactions; plus is responsible to reconcile daily financial hotel transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail is necessary.

• Must be able to operate office equipment and programs.

• Perform under pressure in an interruptive environment.

• High School Degree or GED equivalent preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking.

• May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights

• Reconcile daily financial transactions, balance room charges, verify and process reports.

• Process all incoming and outgoing reservations.
