    ️ Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

    Location: Sussex, WI

    Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

    Are you a skilled troubleshooter with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two nights are the same? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving our high-performance manufacturing equipment.

    What You'll Do

    As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our converting, printing, and extruding equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and grounds
    • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic issues
    • Installing new machines and programming PLCs
    • Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
    • Conducting tool & die and fixture work
    • Supporting cross-training and departmental organization (5S)
    • Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysis
    • Communicating professionally and collaborating across shifts
    • Traveling occasionally (up to 5%) to other company locations

    What You Bring

    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Proficiency with basic gauges, measuring tools, and machine control systems
    • Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
    • Experience with SAP and Excel (preferred)
    • Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High School diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
