Set up machines for production runs including loading materials and adjusting machine settings as required. Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality. Perform routine machine start-up shutdown and changeover activities. Identify and correct minor machine issues jams or operational interruptions to minimize downtime. Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet quality specifications throughout production runs. Measure and inspect finished products using gauges measuring tools and visual inspection techniques. Record production output scrap downtime and quality data accurately. Replenish raw materials and components to maintain continuous production. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic preventative maintenance tasks. Communicate machine performance quality concerns and maintenance needs to supervisors and production leadership. Follow all safety procedures operating instructions and company policies while working with manufacturing equipment. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing machine efficiency quality and throughput.This is a full-time Direct-hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have Experience operating CNC automated semi-automated extrusion molding packaging converting or other production machinery. Experience performing machine setups adjustments and changeovers. Ability to read work orders production schedules and basic manufacturing documentation.
