Job Title: 3rd Shift Operator
Pay: $20.40 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.

As a 3rd Shift Operator, you'll keep production running smoothly during the overnight shift. You'll work closely with your manager and the production team to deliver results that make a difference.


What You'll Do
As a 3rd Shift  Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring loom machinery to maintain consistent production
• Feeding materials into equipment and moving materials as needed
• Monitoring product quality and following established production standards
• Recording detailed production data and completing shift paperwork
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. with assistance
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Reliability, punctuality, and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
