Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

? Monday–Thursday: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

We are hiring a Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing facility that produces industrial drums, pallets, and spill containment products.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working in a physically active production environment.
Responsibilities
- Load molds with material and prepare them for production
- Attach and secure large industrial hooks to molds
- Feed molds into industrial ovens during the manufacturing process
- Remove molds and transfer them to cooling stations
- Unhook molds and release finished products
- Inspect products for quality and consistency
- Assist with moving drums, pallets, carts, and dollies throughout production
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
? Standing and remaining active for the duration of the shift
? Repetitive lifting and movement of materials weighing 30–50 lbs.
? Ability to work on a raised platform during machine operation
? Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift
? Comfortable working in a warm industrial manufacturing environment
Qualifications
? Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
? Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on ability
? Good flexibility and manual dexterity
? Strong attention to safety and detail
? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
