What You’ll Do:

• Inspect molded products to verify dimensions, appearance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Document production data and quality checks accurately to support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow all safety protocols, wearing protective gear and adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance staff of complex problems to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines without compromising quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating plastic molding or manufacturing machinery preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions with accuracy.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
