As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily production activities. You'll ensure that machinery operates smoothly and products meet strict quality standards. Your work will directly help deliver top-tier products to clients, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Setting up and preparing plastic mold machinery for production, ensuring all equipment functions correctly and safety protocols are followed.
  • Operating machinery to produce high-quality molds, checking for proper operation and making adjustments as needed.
  • Monitoring the production process and making real-time adjustments to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Inspecting completed molds and testing samples to verify conformity with specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate production logs and documenting quality inspections for traceability.
  • Following all safety guidelines by wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues and escalating problems to maintenance staff to minimize downtime.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience operating plastic mold machinery or in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical capability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including extended hours, with flexibility and reliability.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and a committed attitude to maintaining a safe work environment.
