As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What Youll Do As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
- Set up and prepare plastic molding machinery, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Operate machinery to produce molded plastic parts according to specified guidelines
- Monitor the production process in real-time and make adjustments as needed to optimize output and quality
- Inspect molded products to verify dimensions, appearance, and adherence to quality standards
- Document production data and quality checks accurately to support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
