Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Assemble and package products according to company standards
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance when needed
- Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with production machinery and equipment is a plus
- Basic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
