Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, and producing quality products according to company standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or equipment issues.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Load materials and remove finished products from machinery.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete required production and quality records.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Communicate production, safety, and equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA/safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.
